Are you my new doctor?

No, I am not your primary care doctor. But I do work alongside your medical providers to optimize your health.

What ages do you work with?

I see clients over the age of 18.

I don’t live near Santa Fe, can I see you by video or phone?

Yes! I do phone and video consultations for all clients. If you are in the Santa Fe region we can discuss arrangements for in-person visits.

Can I share my appointment with someone?

Sometimes it is helpful to have someone with you during our visits, even though coaching is about you and your goals. If you are seeing me for a more complex consultation, sometimes I do ask you to consider having a support person at your sessions so that they can provide additional perspectives, background information, or listen in so that they can help you implement plans.

Is what I say confidential?

Yes, all of your information is considered private and confidential. A copy of my privacy policy will be provided when you initiate coaching.
